PCD-inserts

All ISO inserts can be equipped with PCD or CBN.
The cutting material is defined by the machined material. Through highly precise techniques for eroding it is possible to achieve tool geometries that are otherwise not possible with solely grinding.

The edges can be done with or without a chip angle, the application of different chip breaker geometries is also possible.
Our speciality are specialized tools and we also offer standard tools at competitive prices. For standard / normal use we have well priced inserts and standard tools in stock.

We also produce full PCD inserts for special requirements / needs.
